Terms of Use
1. License
ProContentLab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Gourmet Land for your own private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, in accordance with the applicable App Store / Google Play Terms of Service.
2. In-App Purchases
- The App offers optional in-app purchases of consumable virtual coins ("tips") used inside the game.
- All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) through your store account; we never receive or store your payment details.
- Virtual coins and items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.
- Purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.
3. Advertising
The App is free and supported by advertising (Google AdMob). Watching a rewarded ad is always optional; rewards are granted regardless.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, exploit bugs, cheat, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All game content, artwork, names and sounds are original works of ProContentLab. Dish, city and country names appear in their original language for cultural flavor only; the App is not affiliated with any real brand, restaurant, place or trademark.
6. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProContentLab shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Kullanım Koşulları
1. Lisans
ProContentLab, Gourmet Land'i yalnızca kişisel, ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla, sahibi olduğunuz cihazlarda ve ilgili App Store / Google Play Hizmet Koşulları'na uygun olarak kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verir.
2. Uygulama İçi Satın Alma
- Uygulama, oyun içinde kullanılan tüketilebilir sanal coin'ler ("bahşiş") için isteğe bağlı satın alma sunar.
- Tüm ödemeler Apple (App Store) veya Google (Google Play) tarafından mağaza hesabınız üzerinden işlenir; ödeme bilgilerinizi asla almayız veya saklamayız.
- Sanal coin ve öğelerin gerçek para değeri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez ve devredilemez.
- Teslim edilen satın almalar, yasa gereği zorunlu haller dışında genellikle iade edilemez. İade talepleri Apple veya Google tarafından yönetilir.
3. Reklamlar
Uygulama ücretsizdir ve reklamlarla (Google AdMob) desteklenir. Ödüllü reklam izlemek her zaman isteğe bağlıdır; ödül her durumda verilir.
4. Uygun Kullanım
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, değiştirmemeyi, hataları istismar etmemeyi, hile yapmamayı ve yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
5. Fikri Mülkiyet
Tüm oyun içeriği, görseller, adlar ve sesler ProContentLab'ın özgün eserleridir. Yemek, şehir ve ülke adları yalnızca kültürel lezzet için özgün dilinde gösterilir; Uygulama gerçek hiçbir marka, restoran, mekân veya ticari markayla ilişkili değildir.
6. Garanti Yokluğu & Sorumluluk Sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur, hiçbir garanti verilmez. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, ProContentLab Uygulama kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklik sonrası kullanıma devam etmeniz, güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
8. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu Koşullar Belçika yasalarına tabidir.
